In a world of increasing unification and standardisation, to seek to find the different amidst the similar to us is a symbol of immersion in the detail, without losing the big picture and the main direction. That’s one of the reasons why for the eleventh consecutive year we are materialising our vision and fantasy to give every separate barrel and the wine, which has aged in it, an opportunity to shine on its own.
Reserve 2022 Barrique comes in 930 bottles. The wine has matured for 11 months in 100-litre barrels from Bulgarian white oak – each bottled separately. One wine but in seven different faces, as a result of using various barrels – new ones, second-use, as well as older ones.
On the backside of the label of every bottle you can see the number of the bottle and the number of the barrel. This way you can either try the various nuances or repeat the ones you love.
Free-flow wine, made without any pressing or mechanical intervention.
Unfiltered, might contain wine crystals.
Natural wine without any sulphites or stabilisers.
