Villa Katina Odyssey

Odyssey is an ode to the never-ending journey, to the ever-changing. To exploration, curiousity, and everything that descends from spirit into matter, and beyond. To the hero’s journey, seen through the aroma and taste of Odyssey, embodying the alchemy of movement and transformation. It is also a memory of eternity and a point of stillness in the vast world of the unknown. It is created as a unity of inseparable opposites: power and sensitivity, depth and finesse, maturity and wildness.

Odyssey is a fortified wine, inspired by the legendary Tawny Port and Garrafeira style. It is handcrafted by traditional methods — foot-trodden in an open-top vat for 72 hours. Fermentation is stopped by adding our own aged wine distillate.

Natural wine without sulphites and stabilizers.
