About the wine
Cabernet Sauvignon
Reserve 2023 Barrique is a limited series of 1,350 bottles. The wine was aged for 12 months in 100-litre barrels made from white Bulgarian oak and was blended just before bottling.
It is a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon made from our 25- and 56-year-old vineyards.
The wine was produced with minimal mechanical intervention. It has not been filtered, so it may contain noble sediment.
The wine underwent its primary fermentation in open-top vessels with daily punch-downs, followed by a secondary fermentation directly in oak barrels.
Natural wine without stabilizers, sulphites and alergens.
Wine with PGI (Protected Geographical Indication)

Cold maceration: 48-72 hours
Ageing: 12 months in Bulgarian oak
